Hey guys,

One of my factory roof rails seems a fraction loose and ideas on how to tighten?

Which of the GVs do you have - SQ or JB/JT?

The SQ series rails are a hollow aluminum extrusion with cast feet that are assembled with some sort of adhesive that fails as it ages, I disassembled mine and drilled through the foot and the extrusion and fitted a screw & nut - BUT - if I had to do it over, I would just clean everything up and reassemble with some sort of silicone adhesive as the joint between the extrusion & the foot sits at an angle that is dictated by the curve of the roof.
