I washed my engine bay after going out for a wheel last week and ever since when i drive about 35km/h my car makes a whirring noise even if im not accelerating or just rolling. I wash the bay by lightly spraying down and the spraying degreaser on the problem dirty areas. Anyone know what has happened? Thanks in advance |

Is there a way to check it without taking the diff fluid out? |

Open the diff filler (rather than the drain) plug and stick your finger in... Of the oil on your finger is clean then all good.. If it's a milky colour then you've got water in the diff |

If the diff's are OK, disconnect the speedo cable from the box and go for a drive. bye |
