Hey guys
I recently brought a SWB suzuki vitara as a project. I've looked around for the parts i need and I've stumbled across a LWB vitara which I was thinking of buying as a parts car. I was just wondering if I could swap the differentials from the LWB into the SWB. Is there anything big I needed to change? also, do they have to be the same diff ratio as the current diffs in my SWB. Is there anything else that I need to know if I did this?

You can cross check your vitara diff ratios on this thread.

There is a very good chance that the diff ratios will be the same (ie 5.1) unless your SWB is a 3speed auto.
I would not choose ratios that are less than you already have.
