Just wondering if a coily gearbox is any different to a "normal" 1.3 one? Will I have any problems putting a "normal" one in my coily ? Thanks in advance. |

AFAIK coily ones are the same. The only difference i can see externally is the coily doesnt have the hole for timing on the bellhousing. |

So how do you time the motor if you have an non-coil g13? Gear ratio is also different in 5th |

Not as far as I am aware. Coil was shorter due to the taller transfer ratios. I recall this from when the coil Sierras was released. As always, could be wrong though. |
