Does anyone know if a 1.3lt G13A/B starter motor will fit a 96 1.6lt EFI Vitara motor? Royce's old Vitara

I have used 1.3 starter motors on 8v 1.6. Pretty sure they will fit a 16v 1.6. |

Machine/Grind it down and it will fit. |

This was was one I got reconditioned off one of my old 1.3 motors. |

Alot of starters now fit multiple suzuki motors, the factory zook 1.3 ones need grinding down but if yours was ever replaced then theres a good chance it has a smaller housing to suit different models |

Also interesting is if the brand of starter is the same then u can use the internals from other models. I ran 1ltr internals in my baleno/sierra combo. Just slid straight in no mods required |
