I have found a 5 set of MT tyres and wheels for my Jimny Buggy (unregistered) project at a good price.

The tyre is 30x9.50R15 and the offset of the wheel is large at -55.

Would i be asking for trouble putting these on with the CV's and wheel bearing, could i get away with the standard suspension setup - i am assuming i will need to do some guard work to get them in.

cheers

If it's a buggy & not likely to go that fast, or that often, the wheel bearings should be ok - check regularly though.
Issue with the offset, it that the tyre won't tuck into the wheelwell - it will be partly under the guard lip.
Will need a lot of chopping to clear, or lots of bumpstop spacing - neither ideal.
That tyre size is doable with cutting on standardish wheel offest.
Will give some extra side slope stability, but that is probably not that useful for the cars purpose.
Gearing will take a hit, might get away with it, if it spends it's like in low range.
Have fun, Rgs Michael
