Bit of a stretch but does anyone have a m13 jimny and baleno/g13bb engine they could measure the height of for me with a reasonable degree of accuracy from lowest point to highest.
Also after different sump configurations available on m series engines including fwd applications.
Thinking i might try stuff one in the lj
Cheers

the M will fit into an LJ ok, but its friggin tight. It's made a lot easier if you have an 80 hood.
I bough a M-Jimny a few months ago for this exact reason, to go into my LJ50. lots of measurements later and its tight as.

the G will fit similarly but you cant use a Vit injection as the cross over pipe will foul the hood. all the others should be ok, but the G is a little taller that the M (possibly 50mm)

Yeah mine is an 80, the remote shifter location and m15/18 upgrade appeals to me. Ive only seen g16 done with body lifts.
Sump vs front diff pumpkin is my next concern.
Tbh mine isnt for offroad i have a spare diff here id consider chopping the pumpkin flat and only being 2wd for efi and 5spd
