Will lift, fit big mofo wheels, strip panels, bar lightly and determine what gearing is required to turn big mofo wheels on beach. Need experienced advice and now I have done my 3rd post. Cheers all |

For a beach hack you can’t go wrong with a any zook you find cheap. A vitara will prob be the easiest to find cheaply. The front IFS fits well in ruts and if you lift it you get front diff clearance unlike a live front axle. I personally wouldn’t fear for a beach hack, I would just run big tires and low range. Autos also work well on the beach so consider as an option. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks, was hoping to find an auto for laziness and ease but most manual I am finding. Didnt know if transfer case ratio change would be helpful ? I dont need 100kph on beach and less stress on engine with bigger tyres etc wondered what i could do. Engine would hardly get warm with little distance I need to go. Our lawn goes to the beach then its up a km to the creek. Cheers |
