my one has the perforated white vynil with a foam backing, which apparently you can't get any more. you can certainly get ford style vynil with holes, but that's $200 a piece
has anyone tried one of these

In my sierra,

The previous owner had removed the perforated skin and left the foam remnants.
I made a headliner using thin ply wood.
On one side I glued foam, and the other side my desired material and popped it into place.
It is much more pleasant in the car on a hot day.
