Hi All,

I was underneath the car last night and notice 4 very smooth machined surfaces on the underneath of what looks like the gearbox. I haven’t seen any issues with the car(related to this), was just underneath looking at an oilleak and they looked out of place given they are on the underside of 20year old car, everything else is showing some sort of sign of wear.

Have a look at the photos and let me know if there is something in that position on your car.

Nothing wrong with it (other than all the oil leaking out). Those holes are just where the case bolts come down from the top of the housing.
