sorry about the strange thread name that's all i could think they are called

i'm currently replacing my old fuel tank and i both these lines pretty much fell apart in my hands when removing them both.
they are fuel breather lines one goes to the filler neck so that the filler clicks when you fuel up and the other is just a breather that goes from the tank to the little plastic bottle up the top, they are a strange ass size line
i have been to repco pirtek and supercheap trying to find anything close with no luck, i have found them on megazip but i dont want to wait that long. does anyone know the size of this hose and the best place i might be able to get it locally in australia ?

Weird that pirtek couldn't help (or any other shop for that matter)

Ran a set of calipers over a WT tank I've got here
Filler neck breather measures at ~12mm
Smaller line measures ~6mm (should be able to stretch 5mm line onto it)

Some hose clamps to suit and done.
