Post subject:  Choosing a suspension kit

Hello all, I need to replace the suspension in my 85 Sierra and was looking at this kit on eBay. From what I hear the efs springs are the way to go I am just not sure about the dampers. Any help as to if this is a good buy or what other alternatives there are would be greatly appreciated.

Some people like EFS. In my opinion they’re excessively stiff. Personally, I’d run Old Man Emu springs and shocks. It’s proven to be the best riding and offer the lowest lift height, which is important for proper suspension function.

G'day I have efs with a leaf removed all around and it is still like Steve said very stuff I can fill it above the tub with green firewood and it hardly squats so unless you are carrying heavy loads I would try one.
