Hey guys just joined, I have a Grand Vitara 2004 and it is making a noise coming from the left from wheel area, tends to happen when I'm turning a corner, accelerating and going over certain bumps, after removing the tire I still couldn't work it out, but did work out that it seem to come from the strut and and can feel it on the front strut bar going over the engine, and also worked out that it happens when the car rolls left to right.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue, and if the worked it out at all? I have uploaded a video to YouTube https://youtu.be/cpzJQUODFD0?si=h3qE_DxbTiQZTygh , upon further investigation it sounds like it's coming from the front end area, sounds kind of like something rubbing on the chassis, so it's something probably on the front wheels rubbing against the chassis in some way maybe, the vibration also can be felt quite a bit through the front strut bar over the engine, which initially made me believe it was coming from the struts. If anyone has encountered something like this on an older model Grand Vitara can you please let me know if you managed to work it out?
