Will this head fit on any g13b block.
I guess I will need 16valve pistons.
Are they the same length as 8 v pistons.
Or do I need crank rods and pistons
For 16v.
Thx

It will fit on any G13a or ba block along with G16 blocks.
Yes you will need 16v pistons if you wish the engine to remain a free spinner (non-interference)

I don’t really see the point though. The g13b has a much stronger bottom end so a hybrid won’t be as a durable. If you want a g13b just bolt one in with a sierra sump and oil pickup.

Note the EFI is antiquated requiring an AFM and distributor which is a pain in a sierra.

For the amount of work to fit , as mentioned dissy mods / sump / pick up / headers / wiring monster / thermo fans / fuel tank mods etc etc etc .
Whille being a fun engine (4 stroke with a power band ) , even with T-case gears and 31s it was only really suited to mud plugging and I’ve never spat so many rear drive shafts. The high rev tendency made the car hard to control in technical terrain .
IMHO not worth the effort for the gain. .
