| Post subject: | Strut dust boots? |
I have a 95 swift gti as a daily driver which has custom coilovers and needs some dust boots. Stock ones and the most common ones do not fit and was hoping someone knows of a online place in Australia or locally in Brisbane that has a good selection, maybe a dirt bike place? The ones i have on the rear are supposed to be commodore ones and according to the guy at Fulcrums there are not too many to choose from, but the fronts need to fit inside of Eibach springs and be zippy tie-able to the shaft and main housing which seems straight forward but nothing i found fits so maybe bike ones? Any idea on where to buy from? I even tried some tubular foam but it didn't last long with a bit of compression bulging it and causing wear from the springs. It is pretty gritty inside the guards so the seals must be copping a workout. |
