140kg, wow. You've got about a 60kg head start on most other trailers.

Yeah the Sierra loves it. But still not keen on testing when it's full. But need Rego first.

So the trailer is at the trailer shop
Hopefully I will have it back soon with a road Rego!
Apparently because it was made before 1989 there are different rules that don't require as much bs as if it's been made after?
Anyway ol mates helping me out so I am happy.
I can smell the camp fire already!

My trailer smells like camp fire now, instead of paint and glue fumes. Much nicer.

Had the first test on thursday Night. super quick setup and pack up time but needs gas struts put on (heavy as) only half loaded as it was just me but very happy with hoe the sierra towed considering its over bearing load. 1.6 needs to happen.. any way here is a few happy snaps

Looks good, I have a similar sized 5x3 foot alloy trailer and had been considering doing something like this... It has some rubbish small like 10" tyres currently so would hope to get them changed for something more standard. I think the Jimny would struggle with towing regardless of how light the trailer is too...

Went out last weekend. Near Oberon, Was very cold. Sorry for the arty photos... i was in a mood. Has anyone had issues with condensation in their rtt? Under the mattress mainly. Exactly where your body lays. It has the matress and then ali floor underneath.

cool pic's...
do you have a air gap between the ally floor and your trailer lid?
on a side note, grab some underlay that go's under floating floor boards.. its a great thin insulator to slow the cold getting in.. i used it in a few swags and in a campervan i had..

Thanks guys.
So i am going to fraser island in oct. Taking trailer and the zook. Yes i am nervous. But iv been running through all the parts on the zook and trailer to make sure im good to go.
Big plans for the trailer soon.
Roof cage 31s Extended sides Off road hitch More crap really haha. Tossing up a removable battery box... for fridge but im scared if it gets nicked im done for.
Oh well
Update: Moved the tow hitch down about 75mm seems to have leveled the trailer to the car. Will get a pic later.

Any plans on where on fraser you are taking the trailer? I've got 10 days planned up at Fraser in November and am hopeful to make it all the way up to sandy cape depending on conditions... Not towing anything but, we are staying in a house around Second valley. Perram wrote: Thanks guys.
