gday folks, I repleced my 1.3l engine mounty, it lasted about 5 hours of use.

I have read somewhere here to use VN-VP I think, engine mounts.

Went into town today, and had a look, nothing at all in semblence to a 1.3l engine mount, obviously I am mistaken, did a search here, and, im useless at searches, doh.

What engine mount to use.

I spoke to a online seller, and he says that the 1.6l is far more heavy duty than a 1.3l, a friend has a vitara with a 1.6l, and they look the same, should I use one of these.

$25 compared to $64, cost is not really an issue, and if the part is a one time buy, cost is irrelavent.

Suggestions anyone please ?

Just had a look at VL, and they are not the ones I remember seeing, not that my memory is all that good, prolly seen after a few cold ones.

The ones I (think) remember were a floating round giant Oring sort of thing.

Any thoughts on using vitara mounts ?

Heres a link for the VL engine mount upgrade

http://nbs4x4club.com/forum/index.php?topic=12172.0

sorry about using another clubs info but i couldnt find the AZ write up.

I still dont see how this works tho as the sierra engine mount has off set studs/bolts in the rubber mount mount , but the Vl one's seem to have the bolt straight through ( if u know what i mean )

Does this set up require the holes in the original suzuki 1.3 engine mounts to be redrilled or elongated or something ??
