as the subject suggests, can you put sierra rims on a 93 SWB vitara,

and what kinda lift am i gonna need 2 run 30', wider and offset rims?

All sierra rims will fit.

Depends what model sierra rims your getting, There are a few different offsets. Nothing too drastic.

Unsure about lift in a vit.
