just wondering if this is hard to install and has anyone done this, and im guessing you need to get new leaf springs well rear ones to go in the front.

I was just looking at this the other day and would really like to know also. Could be a great/cheap alternative to those not that "fabrication" inclined.

They are simple if you mark everything out right ready to drill.

But i'd ask an engineer 1st. They bolt on and have heard they are illegal.

If you weld them on it will be better.

i disagree with that comment because engineers know what the breaking point of a certain bolt and they don't like some random welding it cause there are to many variables

if you give me a couple of weeks ill prob's be able to fab some of them up for sale, around the $50 mark at a guess...

you loose half the benifit of the RUF. One of the good things in a normal full RUF setup is the WB extention.

you can get the wheel base with drilling diffs forward also, but no greater flex....

The entire purpose of RUF is to use REAR springs UP FRONT.
So you could reuse your rear springs if you replaced them with another set.. But why?

Your front springs are shorter. They go in the bin after this mod.

so what is involed in a part ruf not a full ruf and are these kits worth getting well do they make it easier
