I've been searching. Can't remember or find who did it.
Unsure if they used a roctoy ring also. Cut out floor and re plated etc.
All i remember is that the swb sierra was red.
Halp!

I have done one, didnt use a ring and replaced the stock bushes with 2inch body blocks and an 8mm spacer. Has lifted the case above the rails but I still manage to hit it on rocks Was worth doing though.

I'm not sure who did what your talking about, but do remember seeing pics
Mine is only slightly lifted, and slightly "clocked". But at least this shows where the roctoy ring has to be "modified" if you want to know...

Mine had the transfer with roctoy ring lifted to allow a flat belly plate. Might be between 1-2". Floor was cut away to make it fit but not really re-plated

my zook has a 2" body lift and a roctoy ring fitted.
last weekend i lifted the case with some 65x35m rhs which didnt get it above the chassis rail but it did get it up just above the cross member that the right front transfer mount runs on.i have 6.5mm of clearance now at the tp of the tunnel and on the drivers side where the ring goes.
i am going to mark the ring, drop the case out and trim the ring up so i can go to 40mm or 50mm lift then its only my exhaust left and i can make a flat belly skid.Am trying to avoid belting the tunnel but i might tweak it a little.
SO.......i would think the ring would need a heap of trimming or the tunnel a heap of bashing????

I believe it is rons zook. I'm not sure if he's on az but he's on outers, go's by the name of ronoor... His zook is a red swb softop with a 2 inch suspension lift with a virtual lift done on the guards. He's got a roktoy ring fitted with a transfer case lift kit. He had to cut part of the tranny tunnel and raise it so it all fits... Hope that helps...

Thanks guys! Just plans for my lwb.
In my swb I have a 2" trans lift with 2 " bl with roctoy ring and bashing..
Its a different story with no BL and 2" Translift with roctoy. I know she will need cutting/not afraid. I was just worried if i will need to move the seat rails for more room..
I want a flat plate underneath, and modifying the crossmember so it is dead flat.
You should see my swb crossmember!

You have enough room on the drivers side to raise the floor up to the same hieght as the top of the tunnel but you are fairly limited on the passenger side. I went a bit overboard on the passenger side cut out and had to raise the passengers seat by about 35mm to clear the new floor hieght, you could possibly get away with raising the floor by around 15mm. Not sure about clearing the ring though. My crossmember looks like its been molestered by a cement mixer too

Tim,
Here's how much had to be cut out of mine to make it fit. Transfer with roctoy ring lifted to allow flat belly-plate, NO body lift.
I've got a job ahead of me to box this in

At least the tailshaft is covered!
That hole looks waaaaaayy bigger than i imagined. But also looks too big!
There is no front seat rail? it runs from the sill to the tunnel, you can see where the welds were.... How are your seats mounted?
