hey guys, barely got time to wipe my own ass this week so i didnt get a chance to get any quotes from any tyre shops but was just wondering if any1 has a rough idea of what it would cost to get 5 tyres on 1 set of rims swaped to another?

Well the time it took you to type that out you could have called up a local tyre shop and got a price.
I'm guessing $10 a tyre change over.
Who else wants to guess.

Most shops around here charge 10 bucks for fitting and 10 bucks to balance them
I get it done for free cause i do it my self

its neally 6pm??? im not sure about brisban but they dont have any 24hour tyre shops where i live, thanks anyway

i got my local garage to pull 4 tires off and clean them up and put the tires back on the rims, plus all new valves for 40 dollars,should be the same for swaping rims. i just used my originals should be roughly around 10 to 15 dollars per tyre

the beads like joseph said, also they came back rather shinier then i ttook them there. so i imagine the whole tire got clean

Was $20/tyre fitted and balanced here in Perth when I got mine done about 6 months back. Pay the extra for balancing - better ride quality and less wear.

i did this a lil while ago, was $25 per tyre for fit an balance, i got it done to $17 per tyre since i use to work there and i did 95% of the work lol that day

Kmart are the cheapest from memory when i got it done. i think $15 a tyre.

I got a similar job done for $15 a tyre - stripped, fitted and balanced.

I was just thinking about $20 per tyre, so budget $80 to $100, depending on 4 or 5 tyres to change
