Gee you have pretty much changes near everything!!! What are the computer grounds/wiring like? That jump starting thing sounds scary tho, hopefully it hasn't damaged the computer  . Dunno how it was jump started but when i do it on any EFI car I like to turn the headlights on to try and suppress any high voltage spike from the alternator instead of the ECU.
So im assuming this issue happen on both a hot or cold engine?

Today we are doing the following:
Checking to see if the cam belt has skipped a tooth
Borrowing a computer from a wrecker ( thanks guys www.suzukispares.com.au )
Waiting for the EFI specalist to arrive.

OK update:
Computer changed - still the same
Fuel pressure checked at rail at different RPM - all fine
Cam timing checked, no problems there either
FARKING BLOODY FARKING CAR!!!!!!!!

Very weird? What the wiring like? Quite neat? Battery and alternator condition? Injectors been cleaned and tested?

Er, I think it's Jimny injection (computer) and manifolds on a distributor Baleno short block with a jimny cam wired into a Vitara TCC running a Vitara AW-4..... from memory
