when I put my 91 sierra in a step incline water starts to drip in to my feet from somewhere behind the dashboard. anyone have any idea where it could be coming from? there has been no water inside the drivers compartment eg. stuck in a river, hose etc.

Its pretty common mate, from what i know it either runs down the corner where your soft top attaches at the front near the buttons.Or through the grill just above the bonnet for the fans, some people seal it up to solve this problem (eg sikalfexing checker plate etc.)

i get the water in the corners dripp ng on my feet, it improves my driving experience.

Not a heater core?

Is it coolant or just water from the outside of the car?

or the fan tray at the top of the dash that seperates the water and air is full of leaves, or your window frame where it folds down is leaking if so put some silicone on it

Does your windscreen washers work? On a steep uphill incline they will have a trickle of water pouring out. If the join in the hose behind the dash was broken that could be it...
