my rear door does not have a demister on the glass but i have got wires connecting up for a demister. can you get a demister that sticks on to the rear glass? if so where could i find one? rear demister question

I have complete wide track diffs front and rear and brake lines, would i still need to get extended brake lines? Are you fitting them to a NT? If so, then yes.

When i bought the zook the guy said the t-case was rebuilt it looks like it has but my question is how to know if it has reduced gears You would know as soon as you drove it in low range.

What do i need to put a 1L t-case with a switch in my 1.3L narrow track
Swap the flanges. Straight bolt in.

I took a fuel tank that had been sitting for a few years full of sludge etc, to a radiator shop and they flushed it out, they have the facilites and chemicals to deal with it. Cost was about $70.

I just used an oil pan and a small amount of fuel. I took the sender out and poured in some fuel and sloshed it around, poured it into the oil pan. Repeated that till what came out was clean (two goes with bugger all fuel, yours might take longer) and then drained the oil pan into a jerry that already had rooted fuel in it. Haven't got rid of the fuel yet

You can only swap the flanges if its a 1L with the 4WD light otherwise your making mixed unis instead.

I had to clean mine from scratch years ago. The best way is to use water and hydrochloric acid (pool shop). This will take it back to bare metal and will rust again VERY quickly, so you need to then line the tank with another product which I don't remember now...but you can get it online if you search.

Make sure you get a mask and filters though cause it's some pretty nasty chemicals.

They used to be fairly common a few decades back - but it's been a long time since I've seen one for sale - and my experience with them has been that the self adhesive terminals don't stay on the glass, so the foil tears rendering them unuseable, I never had one that lasted more than a few weeks.
