Is that on the speed?? Or a gps unit
Got any transfer gears or diff gears in it??
Mine use to run out of puff at about the same point till i put the 6.5s in then was able to wind it out to 140 before i backed off

Firstly, if you're running 31s then 95 on the speedo is 110 when corrected for tyre size...
Secondly, 31s are much bigger that stock. Correct the gearing and she'll go much better...

tell us what RPM you're doing in a few gears for a few different speeds, we'll be able to tell you right away.
eg: 60km/hr, 4th = 2500rpm
etc.

in 5th gear id say without not being sure approx 90-95 and around 4k-4,500k
only estimating but sure will take it for a test tomorow to have a look with all gears

That is what mine revs at. I have 30's 6.5 gears and I do 100km/h @ approx the same revs. However, my speedo says 90km/h

yeah based on that i'd say its definitely got some gearing done...
you'll most likely find that as ben stated above - 90km/hr with 31's is really 107km/hr... so 4000rpm at 107km/hr is more like a 6.5 transfercase - and most likely the sierra's horrible aerodynamics combined with the weight of 31" tyres is why you're struggling to go much faster.
this said though - a good exhaust and extractor set up (if it doesnt already have one) will make a great improvement, as will checking your leads, carby tuning, air filter etc.

My old Sierra could sit on 120kmh without a problem I could drive over the gateway bridge at 90-95kmh in 4th and that was on 31's with s1 gears and 3.9 diff gears
It sounds like it needs a good tune and a decent exhaust/extractors
