so i picked up some 225/75/16 STT's today and boy they just fit, i droped in 50mm coil spacers in the rear before heading over

40mm in the front yet to be fitted but sofar i have done 100Ks on them and i likee!!, pics soon

ok so i have been out and about with the wife and no complaits from her yet, does not realise i lifted the rear 50mm before the tyes went on







so the 40mm lift is yet to be done in the front.

looking good mate they look really nice on there! how did you go with tyre alignment ? do they rub at all ?

hey mate

alignment will be done next week after spring and strut spacers fitted and all the brakes replaced

the rear left mud flap rubbed to much and i removed it half way home but thats because the bumper had met a au falcon so it sat back a little ( see bumper )


the only real rub is on full lock turning right on the front left wheel arch and the remaing lift should solve this

the funny part is the kids noticed the car was higher when they tried to get in

Amazing what a difference just tyres make for the look....
You'll notice the extra height off road too! Made a massive difference in the sand for me....
