Hi All,
Well I've succesfully blown up my alloy front diff, already have the steel GV diff in the garage, and will be rebuilding this with 5.12's once all the parts are ready. (Saving for the Air Locker

- this is the main hold-up)
I'm planning on using the nylon bush from Bruce or ODA1 with a cut down LH axle, running a 'hopefully' standard LH side CV/Axle on the drivers side.
I've pulled both diffs down and found that mostly the bearings all look fine. Does anyone have an opinion as to whether it's OK to use the old bearings in the rebuild?
I've had no issues with bearing noise in the old alloy diff, but that may be different now that it's blown to pieces.
the GV diff looks to be 'mint' i doubt whether it's even been off-road.
Cheers for the input.
