i got racing seats in my zook and the first time i got in it i nearly broke the dash with my knee is there any way i can get the seat to go back further to get a bit more leg room?

Don't bother re-mounting them, just pull them out and send them up to me I'll even swap them for my stockers

Are they still on the stock runners or just bolted to the floor?

or i could take them out and just use a milk crate

they are on runners but i don't know if they are stock the ones on the drivers side are green and the passanger side ones are black
