Prob with misfire..Runs well when cold but when the engine is warm a misfire happens. not when accelerating but when cruising ..Revs freely but idle is a bit rough. Will check fuel line,filter etc in daylight tom.. Plugs are new. I use 98 fuel and the tank has never run low, dont think its crap in the carby.. Its a sierra stock 1300 engine done 184000. any starter ing ideas please Cheers

Try running it at night, dark, look under the bonnet and see if there is any lightning.

Was it running at the temp where the breakdown occurs.
Sometimes cold will be good, were when things warm up, an electrical leak can and wil occur, same as it may run fine at say 2500 revs out of gear, but same revs uder load, terrible electrical break down.

Could be plugs or leads.

yes cold was good warmed up fault happens.. was thinking leads as plugs are new..
