Not in that wiring diagram - its the main power feed to the main relay, which energizes just about everything else.

So hooking it to start would be bad, unless you want ot have to hold the key on to keep the engine running

haha I was looking at black red on teh left going into B22 from the start position on the ignition switch, not teh relay feed over on the right
