Gday all, I need to find a leak, now it has probably been written a dozen times, but my search ability is not quite as good as say, a rock.
Carb vitara, swb, leaking water inside cab, drivers side. Cannot see where as in near the heater or by the door.
I have not noticed it before, but friday we had 2" of rain, staggering amount for here, and, water in the drivers footwell.
I will be leaving this at the airport shortly for a month or two, and do not want to have a swimming pool in it when I get home.
I pretty big an squeezing into tight spaces is not my ideal arvo search pattern.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction so, hopefully, i can find the source of water ingress and put a stop to it, please.

Drain holes for the vents under the windscreen blocked.
get a hose and turn it on full and shove it down the vents and see if it leaks

lol I just got the blasted thing dry, its sitting in me shed at the mo.
I need to know WHERE its comming from, not IF.
I know what it is, its eaither a drain hose off, or a blocked drain, either way, with my size, I do not really want to try n crawl myself under the dash for a looksee, want, if possible, for someone to be able to say, stick your arm wherever, feel that round thing, rarara

mine was the same it took me ages to find the leak and i was a pain in the ass i sat in the car and got the missis to hose where i think it was coming in and i still was wrong.
long story short i saw it coming in from behind the door trim (put hose on window sills)
i pulled off the door card and had to replace the plastic that covers the factory holes in the door it took a few goes to seal in perfect
i had the same problem as you hope this works for you

Yes the upper seal around my door was leaking there too. Top forward corner, check there.
