Will 2007 GV rims fit onto 1998 GV?

I know that 2007 GV rims are 16x6.5 and 1998 GV rims are 16x7.

no, the current model GV has a different PCS for the wheel studs

ebay has a 2door GV repairable write off at $700 in dandanong.

i would buy it now but im in Qld.
