Recently bought an SJ80 with an old metal tank radiator fitted.

I think the original radiator has a plastic tank.

does anyone know if the sj70 radiator fits the sj80 or are they different?

An SJ70 radiator fits, but you need the 2 mounting brackets from an SJ70 - the mounting holes are in different places. You also may have to cut the SJ80 fan shroud as well.

I have an SJ70 radiator in 1 of mine.
