Hey all,

Really confused as to why my vitara is not starting. Its a 1.6L Carby 1991 JLX as title states.

I am getting fuel coming into the carby, and I am getting spark at the leads.

It cranks but will not start. Battery is fine as well.

If your fuel and spark are OK, it's probably the timing.

Yep, I'd be looking for timing issues. What have you played with lately? Have the leads been off it?
