Cast alloy. Possibly stainless valves, cast iron crank, spring steel valve springs, rubber seals and a bit of silicone.

mmm....gonna be a nerd here....cast aluminium......cast alloy could be any steel with added properties.....sorry.....i do appologise...mmhey... :wink:
