Looking at modelling a chassis of a SWB Leafy WT in solidworks and was chasing some solid dimensions.

I've got the dimensions off suzuki info, but this isn't detailed enough, and using a tape measure on my zook isn't nearly detailed enough either...

So if anyone has a good image of the swb chassis on their computer, or can point me to a good image on the www that would be legendary.

Why are you going to the effort of making a full new chassis?

WT chassis's are everywhere.

It will have to be registered as a ICV if road going. Alot more engineering involved.

I'm not going to be making an actual chassis, I would just like to model it in solidworks in order to play around with link suspension and clearances.
Should have been more clear in my first post, have edited now.

It's very early days, but I would like to start modelling the chassis and diffs in advance.

It was helpful, but I am chasing more detailed information - it might not even exist, but I figured that maybe someone on here knew?

Specifically I am looking for the dimensions relating to the bends in the chassis and the bend radius

That's pretty close to what I want to do in terms of modelling - not any of the analysis stuff though.

The final paragraph in that document pretty much sums up my problems... Just with bad grammar
