I had issues when I first re installed the carby and had to do a lot of re tuning for the cold start as well as warm idle and choke, but doesn't that only effect idle? Is the only way to tune the engine the timing? I will be doing that as soon as I can pick up a timing gun

Where is a good place to buy an engine rebuild kit? as that might be my next step if I find the compression to be low, or if nothing else seems to work.

the 1.3 is my fav zuk donk when its a fresh example with a little more compession, i could sit on 100 with 31's no probs unless there was a strong headwind

I'm not sure if anyone can clarify on the QLD laws, but from what I understand the max lift is 50mm, which includes change in tyres from stock as well. That and tyres also can't change more than 15mm in diameter from stock? So according to that the 50mm lift by itself is already too much, and the 235/75/15's are too big also by themselves. Combined they would equal around 84mm in lift?

Does that sound right? Not too sure I have my maths right or if I am understanding the laws correctly, I would have though this combo was conservative. There are obviously people here driving this exact set up on the road, others with more aggressive lifts and larger wheels. Are they all illegal?

Just taken the front sway bar off mine, so not too worried, but I would like to know for sure :S

your tyre size can be increased by 2inches over what is on the tyre placard.
no more than 2 inches suspension lift
no more than 2 inches body lift.
you can do all at once.
