Will a Turbo manifold from a GTI G13b fit on a G13a?

not even close !! the G13b GTi exhaust ports are round and the G13a and G13b 8v exhaust ports are rectangle, and both with totally different stud patterns.
If you want to use an exhaust manifold from a GTi then maybe (if it's not a cast turbo manifold) you could cut off the faceplate and weld on one to suit a G13a

Stud pattern and port size/location aside, You will almost never be able to use a manifold designed for FWD purposes (swift gti) in your RWD sierra due to the position it will locate the turbo in.
Most FWD manifolds are designed to low mount the turbo, which in our application will put it smack back in the middle of the chassis rail or engine mount.

Its a highmount manifold, mine motor has 4 round ports and 4 square ports.
