i started with mount flip, cheap and easy and returns droop to stock with 2inch lift springs now running strut spacers, just as easy, still cheap as and gives a good amount of droop strut mount flip (215 tyres) strut spacers (30" tyres)

My strut mount flip gave me about 20mm, bit less than an inch. But its more than that at the wheel.

Yeah Im thinking a strut mount flip would be good! Im just wondering if someone could tell me wether these strut spacers ( http://www.bits4vits.co.uk/store/vitara ... od_17.html) need a 19mm spacer or a 1.5" spacer in the front suspension as if the spacer gives double then shouldnt it only need a 19mm spacer? thanks guys!

A 20mm spring spacer sounds right to me, but Bits4Vits could give a recommendation
