Just thought i would put this up for anyone who is struggling to find a kickdown cable for the vit 4 speed autos like i was. The Mitsubishi express van/pajero which is common at the wreckers i went to uses a very similar box as shown in this link http://www.zukikrawlers.com/showthread.php?t=37680 .

The kickdown cables have the same ends but the Mitsubishi cable is longer and no 90 degree tube at throttle body end but it will get you out of trouble. I will post pics soon of the Mitsubishi cable installed.
