Hey I'm taking off my rear hub to chance my wheel studs I just can't get it off please help

Take your handbrake off.

Put your wheel back on and put the wheel nuts on a few threads and slam the wheel back and forth.

No need to touch the handbrake cable or brake lines but the handbrake must be off.
