Mate the 5 inch lift you have is a silly setup and you will have clearance issues with the firewall if you fit 31 inch tyres.

Seriously have a look through my build thread and see what mine is like after I threw all the stupid bits away from the 5 inch calmini setup. Just keep the springs and put fatzooks shackles in the stock position( ya need the shackles as the calmini springs are very long) and then you will have Clearance for 33 inch tyres. I have 33x10.5x15 tyres and the only issue I have is the tyre trying to remove the headlights at full compression.

The dude seid the rims would fit a sierra but thy didn't now I got to find new rims anless stock rims can fit 10.5 inch wide tyers

No. Stock rims can't fit 10.5" tyres safely.
