Have had a quick search but cannot find anything.

Apart from a battery in the back or a Thumper kit what other options have people found for putting a battery in the new shape GV's. Need to look into one for the wifes GV as we are looking to use it a bit more for camping trips.

I have seen somewhere a kit that goes in the storage cell in the bottom of the boot and uses AGM alarm batteries.. This looks to be the better option at the moment but what sort of capacity can i get to fit....

I think a battery box is the way to go. It would probably be a lot cheaper too.

Yeh ya not wrong about the price..... I could make my own for half that.... Looking into it now. Will measure up the boot when the wife gets back.

Not yet. It looks like i can fit 3 20ah agm batteries in there with room to spare. just waiting to hear back about a price for all the gear.

Beauty... Would this also work for SQ GV's? The rear compartment sizes must be similar?

In the SQ series like mine a 2nd battery will fit under the bonnet. you just need to move a few things about.
