Boomerang shackles aren't relevant to Suzuki's, RUF or anything other than XJ cCherokees. Build your RUF to suit the caster and travel you need. The shackles you end up with may or may not have a boomerang shape. I guess it won't matter unless you have a southern cross tattoo, it only matters what their eye to eye measurement is.

Never played with boomerangs, but wouldn't they allow a little extra down travel in the rear of a sierra, "bending" around the anti inversion plate.
