I had a.bit of perhaps a stupid idea thinking just for comfort wise using coily radius arm setup on sierra diffs or perhaps even some longer arms and just run a Panhard good or bad idea input. ?

You only have half a plan. And its not a good one.

Have you not heard of the pitfalls of the coil sierra suspension design? A very large part of it is directly related to those stupid radius arms. And what do you plan to use to hold the vehicle up?
And I'm sure you are aware that you will need a panhard for radius arms, just the same as you would need one for "some longer arms".... ( not sure what that means )

If you want to transplant coily parts into your leafy.... buy a coily.

The reason I was thinking of running radius arm set up is I was perhaps thinking I could use the spring hanger weld a pan hard mount on and top coils mount and if I happened to get a sticky just roll diff out stick leafs back under but if I'm going to that amount off effort I might as just do a proper 3 link vs shity

Whats wrong with the coily? Hate to tell a seasoned AZer such as yourself to search, but you've been around long enough to know how this place works. All the info regarding the floors of the SJ80 is just a quick search away.

But to give you a running start, The arms are weak, the bushings limit flex, and they have poor roll stiffness.

If you insist on using radius arms, take a look at G-bangers build thread.

G bangers is what kinds of gave me the idea il look over his build again prob just end up linking it down track

Well He used radius arms that have a pivot pin at the chassis end. Much better for articulation than the bush found on the coily arms.

Hasn't the G man just chopped his rear radius arms & turned it into a 3 link + pan hard recently?

Yes, but that has its own pitfalls. My front is still radius arm and works extremely well.

Early rover arms are the go IMHO.
