As above, can I just simply weld it for now and get away with it for a few weeks untill I buy new brackets, also the top bolt is kinda a bit hard to get to because the little dome cap thing is dented in covering half of the bottom nut, I have never pulled shocks off befor and am woundering if there is a flat bit or something on the rod of the shock I can put a shifter on so I can take these nuts off? Or should I just pull on the shock line the bracket up and just tack it on?

Yep

Undo the 2 nuts locked together, then hol top part with a shifter to hold the shock shaft still while undoing the nuts. Wd40 will help

Fix the mount with a thick flat washer welded to the top
