Hi again guys

I was wondering.. If I do a leaf over axel conversion on a zook, standard springs, standard shocks,
what will need upgrading? Break lines? Shocks?

cheers Trav

Without going into the complicated answer that is required, I'm pretty sure that SPOA is no longer approvable in WA.

brake lines, driveshafts, shocks, trac bar, wider or more offset rims - the list goes on and on.

and fatzook is right - no one will engineer a SPOA sierra in WA.

For the cost of doing that conversion - IMO you're better off spending the $ on doing a very neat guard chop and re-spray - then do a RUF conversion and run a 32" tyre on a 16" rim (or thereabouts)... you won't get the tyre size engineered, but the rest is do-able without even doing a lane change test (providing you run stock rims and tyres and the RUF conversion only gives 2" of lift). It'll look ridiculous, but it will pass and an engineer should have no probs signing off on it.
