G'day
I'm wanting to get a bull bar for my lwb vitara but a mate has one for a sierra and I'm wondering how much assing about ill need to do to fit it, and what the difference is between the chassis rails between them.
If anyone's modded a sierra bar to fit a vit, let me know

the vit is way wider than the sierra, completely different shape. sorry but its gonna be a waste of time

X3 on the 'don't use a Sierra bar' suggestion!

You could try hunting down a SWB vit bar, but even that is a full days work to fit to a LWB as it involves cutting, welding, and drilling into the chassis of your LWB vit.

I did that - fitted my SWB vit bar to my LWB vit and luckily I had Fatzook help out with cheap rates for the welding. If I was to use a regular fabricator at market rates to do all the work it would have worked out cheaper to buy a new LWB ARB vit bar at just over $1000.
