hey all just wondering if the free wheel hubs off my vitara will fit onto and work properly on the sierra diffs?
am sure i saw a mate do it no problem years back but just wondering thanks

Afaik it works on coily sierras, leaf ones won't because of a difference in axle size. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Axles are the same size. Coil Sierras run vitara free wheel hubs standard.

Well ok then maybe it works that way. Dug out some info from atari4x4 saying the circlip location is different between a coily and leafy sierra. This is important because only a coily hub from a sierra will fit a vitara. Maybe it will be fine the other way round, I don't know.

Only a vitara hub will fit a coiler or vitara due to the circlip location. A vitara hub will fit a sierra.
