I hot a 2 inch body lift in my vitara just want to know what people do to extend the stick to suit ?

Flip the boot over or if need be I could provide an extension piece. What thread does it have?

You can get away with just bending the stick (gently, of course!) in a press to straighten it up a bit so it sit's further forward as it comes through the tunnel. If you get stuck I even have both sticks from my old car - transfer shifter was extended slightly from memory.
